How OSHA Med Eval Works

OSHA Mandate:

This process was designed to satisfy OSHA requirements for 29CFR1910.134, Appendix C, OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire. OSHA requires all employers with employees who wear a respirator, to provide a medical evaluation to determine an employee’s ability to use a respirator before fit testing or respirator use occurs.
