When you order, we need to know your name, title, mailing address, phone number, e-mail, department name, department phone number, department address, and if paying by credit card, we need your credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
If you are ordering our free training courses, our partnership with the college requires that we collect personal information such as birth date and social security number on the admissions application form. This information is passed directly on to the college and is not used or collected for any purpose by The Backup.
